Q:  How much does it cost to enter the splash park?

A:  Daily Admission is $3.00 per person for Adults and Children. A season pass can be purchased for $75 which allows daily        entry for up to 6 people throughout the 2023 Splash Park Season. Season Passes can be purchased at the Splash Park            during operating hours or at the Parks & Recreation Office at 1323 College St. Adults are not admitted into the Splash              Park without a child and all children must be accompanied by an adult.

 

Q:  How do I pay?

A:  Daily Admission occurs on-site at the splash park entrance. Season Passes can also be purchased on-site. Both cash

      and cards are accepted.

Q:  What ages is the splash park appropriate for play?

A:  The splash park is designed for ages 2-14.

Q:  Can I bring my baby?

A:  Yes. Babies are welcome. If they are still wearing diapers, a swim diaper is required. Swim diapers are available for                purchase at the Splash Park.

 

Q:  How do I get to Gully Washer Splash Park?

A:  The entrance to the Newberry Recreation Complex is at 1786 Glenn Street Extension. The splash park is about ½ mile           inside the complex to the left. Look for the big bucket as you take the second turn at the roundabout.

 

Q:  Can I drop my kids off and come back to pick them up?

A:  No. Children are not allowed into the splash park without an adult accompanying them.

 

Q:  What does the splash park offer?

A:  Wet Fun! There are also restrooms, a water bottle refill station and limited chairs on the splash park deck. Towels are             not provided.

 

Q:  When is the splash park open?

A:  The first day of the 2023 season is Saturday, May 13. The full season schedule can be found HERE.

 

Q:  Can I bring my pet into the splash park?

A:  No. Pets are not allowed in the splash park.

 

Q:  Is there a dress code?

A:  Yes. Proper, modest pool attire and footwear is required.

 

Q:  Are food and drink permitted in the splash park area?

A:  No. Only bottled water is permitted in the splash park area. Food and drink can be consumed at tables provided       

      outside the splash park area.

 

Q:  Can the splash park be rented for parties or private events?

A:  YES!  You can reserve the small or large shelters next to the splash park  for your party or event.  The splash park will remain open to the public during all operating hours parties.
